Starry Night Art

Starry Night Art

In class we created a piece of artwork called starry night. Starry night is made my an artist named Vincent Van Gogh. I created this by starting with a black piece of paper, we had to draw with white chalk what we wanted on our picture. We had to include a tree, some houses, mountains and a moon or a sun. The technique that we had to use was double dipping, which means to dip the paintbrush in a colour and then dip it in another colour. This gives it a really cool effect at the end. I made the small houses at the bottom out of black paper for the house itself and yellow paper for the windows.
